mixed feelings about my stay

broken air conditioning small room

the air conditioning did not work. the beautiful room felt small and cramped (perhaps "beautiful" is a relative term). the cleaning staff forgot to replace coffee cups and other essential items.

The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were excellent. the staff was helpful. breakfast included a wide range of fresh fruits, cerials, breads and pastries. It was excellent. sound proofing made my room quiet.

quiet room comfortable bed helpful staff

the room was quiet. it had modern five pane glazing and a comfortable bed. an in-room safe was available for securing valuables. i especially appreciated the concierge's restaurant recommendations (a valuable resource). the staff showed really good helpfulness.

the gym was inaccessible in the mornings because it was used for bar storage.

fresh fruit cardio machine

the staff was friendly and efficient. breakfast offered a good variety of choices, including fresh fruit and pastries. but the gym had several cardio machines and free weights. the rooftop pool was great.

the hallway carpets showed some wear and could use updating

great selection fresh juices

the staff was very helpful with restaurant tips , and they assisted us with rental cars and even secured a discount. the breakfast offered a great selection including fresh juices and those amazing pastel de natas.

The location required a bit of a walk to the city center . It took about 15 minutes to reach the edge of it.

fresh orange juice heated pool helpful recommendation

breakfast included many options i started with fresh orange juice. the heated pool on the roof was relaxing. the staff offered helpful sightseeing recommendations.
